Hey guys...

Today i went to help out with the MOR Excel Fest in school. and then we had a nice talk with Ms Wassan. Well... We were talking abt the grad nite thingy.. there were so many protests about why are we going to the Pines Country Club instead of Hilton which most of us have chosen. Well.. the date was not available at Hilton. I dont think it matters too though. The cost is also real high. So i decided to check out Pines Country Club on the web. And after looking through it, i think it's a rather high class place too. I believe it's the correct web i have on because there arent many Pines Club in Singapore, is there?

heyy guys.. i can finally get into the class forum.. technical problems and boyi from 401 has kindly advised me to delete cookies and what nots and now i can get in no prob.. it's dead already.. i am not sure whether i am gonna revive it cos it's just the same old ppl posting... if i do, shall i remove all the topics and restart? haha... those who come to the blogg tell me la.. though it's abt the same few who goes to the forum to post. lolx. forum is linked from the blogg at the side.

someone said this blog is dead... so i alived it.. haha.. actually since there is no school there is nothing to update abt.. but since it's the last week of hols perhaps i shall try and get some inspiring words out of myself to inspire u guys to study more.. haha.. maybe it will be a fruitless attempt.. but i will try anyway.

i didnt enjoy my holidays.. did you? haha.. ok.. maybe i started mapling.. but i stopped le.. level 15 only siaa.. noob. lolx. i didnt complete my hmk either.. did you? haha. but i will make more effort these days.. now tht i have additional tuition workk.. haha.. tht's just a lame excuse.. just tht many of us are with our studies. no time etc etc. maybe it's true we have no time.. it's also true tht we dunno how to manage our time.

i went to the lib with qian one day and met a few seniors who got into JJC. one of them said tht he only started revising for o levels 1 month ahead and he got into JJC while the other started 4 months ahead and also got into JJC, so what is the point of studying so early? i am not saying this to prove tht ok.. study one month earlier will do you good too. maybe la.. better than not studying for it. but what i am trying to say is maybe he managed his time well and know what to study while the laterr just studied without planning? what if he had started as early as his friend did? maybe he would have gotten into a better school. studying earlier is always better.

i watched GOAL again this holidays. i always loved tht movie. because i loved the spirit Santiago had. he had the talent of being a footballer, no doubt. but because of his father, he was unable to pursue his dream. his dream of becoming a football star.but he went ahead all the same. the hard work he put in to earn enough money so tht he could travel to england and be what he really wants to be went down the drain when his father er... invested it on a truck instead. but he never let go of his dream. His grandmother bought him tickets and he can finally travel to England. his first fefw attempts were never successful, yet his agent, Glen, always knew he had hope. he finally get to play for new castle. first for the reserve team and next for the first team against Liverpool. along the way his manager told he had to make some changes. at first he did not want to, but eventually he did.

every dream has a beginning. and Santiago's beginning was when he found his passion for football. our passion may not be in studies, but we always have a spark of hope lying in the midst of our disappointment. Aragorn of LOTR said there is always hope. i agree, but it's whether we see it or not. starting now is never late. starting late is never a regret. never starting is a lifelong regret. maybe starting on ur studies now is better than starting later. starting later is better than never once started at all. studying is for urself, not for others. those who bear such a mindset will never make it big. if Santiago plays football because of someone else, his dream will never succeed.

all of us have a dream, and it's whether we seek it or not. i am sure most of us have a dream to do well in studies. santiago took his action. why not take urs now? =)

what kinda holidays is this? well.. i expect lots of ppl gonna pon the remedial from our class. well.. not lots of them.. the same few.. and i still don understand why ppl in our class say tht o levels is impt and only 2 guys and all the girls turned up for geog remedial ytd. well.. not reprimanding or anything.. but i really wish tht our class isnt like tht.

is there a way to change such attitude?

i have been hoping there is.. tht's why i suggested the study group.

i am glad liqian and angela responded spontaneously.

i am hoping more to come.

please influence others to study...

our real hols are coming soon.. cos time passes real fast. 1/2 a year gone like tht.. wht with 3 months? we havent really mugged like those who wants to study. we arent studying for ourselves.. cant u guys just do it for ur own good? not for the teachers. not for ur parents. for urself.

come on 4o8... u know u want to do well. work hard and u can get what u want. tht's the rule of reality. let's abide by it, ok? no use saying all these if u guys dun wanna do it. i am not giving up hope.

come to the study groups if you want to.

there will be one this saturday. morning.. i aint staying too long. maybe i am gng to the Balloon Hat Festival after tht to watch out school band. i am relaxing then cos sunday's a holiday for me. maybe there's one tmr.. interested peeps... call or sms me. i will love to hear from u guys. =DD

heyy guys.. just created this blogg.. i couldnt access the class forum for some reason. someone help me!!! lolx... hmm... others who have links to blogger tell me yeaa.. and those who wish to post in this blogg frequently do tell me and i will invote u guys to become the member.. and i wont say no to a better template of the blogg either cos i noe i am no pro.. hahas.

mid years just over.. hope we've done well for it. =DD some of us studied really hard, and most of us did our best.. i believe.. or make it everyone studied hard and everyone did our best... i enjoy those study groups.. maybe we should have more of them.. hahas...

the photo on top isnt the full photo.. i will wait until mr peh sends me the newest photo.. the one taken in sports day den i will upload it ok? meanwhile... we still have 4 more papers for some of us to go and 2 for others. i hope that we will do them ok... esp a maths.. let's not flunk it anymore yeaa? let's kick the papers' butts and score well in them!!
